සෙල්ලම්
Our first release: seven games from Sri Lanka for iPhone and iPad. Four are the island’s own: carrom, pancha keliya, olinda keliya and elle. Three are set in it: a hole that swallows the Pettah market, a rhythm on the kottu griddle, and lacquer laid on a turning lathe.

- Every board, wood grain and piece is drawn in code, in 3D.

- No account, no ads, and no purchases.
Coming soon to the App Store. Needs iOS 18 or later.

Carrom
A cue sport played with your finger.
Pancha keliya
The race that only comes out at New Year.
Olinda keliya
Fifty-six seeds, fourteen cups, no luck at all.

Bat, ball and three posts on a field.
Pettah
A hole opens in the market. Swallow the street.
Kottu
Two blades, one griddle, and a rhythm the whole street knows.
Laksha
Lay lacquer on a turning post, band by band.
What we make
Four kinds of app, one way of working: find the thing people already love doing, and build the app that does it justice.
-
Games
Board games, arcade games and games from a place, with the rules as the people who play them know them.
- Board and table games
- Arcade and rhythm
- Games from a culture
-
Learning apps
Apps that teach one thing well, like a script, a language or a skill, a few minutes at a time, with progress a learner can see.
- Alphabets and scripts
- Language practice
- Skills and trades
-
Kids’ apps
Big targets, pictures before words, and no ads, tracking or purchases for a child to stumble into.
- First words and numbers
- Sorting and matching
- Bedtime and routines
-
Niche apps
The app for a hobby, a trade or a community too small for the big studios, and exactly the right size for us.
- Clubs and hobbies
- Tools for a trade
- Community guides
What we do for you
Bring an idea, a rulebook, a lesson plan or a sketch. We take it all the way to the App Store and Google Play, and look after it once it is there.
-
Game design
Rules, levels and scoring worked out on paper first, then tuned in play until a turn feels right.
-
Art and animation
Boards, characters, icons and motion in a look that belongs to the subject, the way Sellam wears the colours of Sri Lankan lacquerwork.
-
Development
Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, and games that run in the browser, like the carrom board at the top of this page.
-
Learning design
Lessons broken into short steps, progress a learner can see, and content checked by someone who teaches it.
-
Testing and launch
Beta builds on TestFlight, store listings, screenshots, privacy details and app review, handled for you.
-
After launch
Updates for new versions of iOS and Android, fixes and new content, on an optional care plan.
How a project runs
The same steps Point It Here follows on every software build, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.
-
Talk it through
Tell us the idea, who it is for and where it should run. We come back with a written quote.
-
Play a working demo
A paid demo you can try on your own phone before the full build is agreed.
-
Decide each phase
You approve the scope and price of every phase before work on it starts.
-
Build and play-test
New builds on your phone every week, with every change reviewed by a senior engineer.
-
Launch and look after
Store listing, review and release. You keep the code, the art and the documentation.
The studio
lk41 is the games and apps studio of Point It Here, a website and software company in Andover, Kansas, and a division of SigmaClava LLC.
Point It Here has built websites and custom software since 2017 for clients around the world, in finance, health, education, crypto and hospitality. lk41 brings that engineering to games, learning and play, and Sellam is the first thing we have made.

What we hold to
-
Native and quick to open
Built for the phone in your hand. Sellam draws every board in code, so there is nothing to download and it plays offline.
-
Only what the app needs
Sellam collects nothing at all. When an app has to keep something, its privacy page says what and why before it ships.
-
True to the subject
A game from a place is played the way that place plays it, in its own words and colours. A lesson is checked by someone who teaches it.
Questions
Plain answers to what people ask before they start. For anything else, ask us.
What does lk41 make?
Games, learning apps, apps for children, and apps for niches such as hobbies, trades and communities. Some are our own, like Sellam, and some we build for the people who bring us the idea.
Which platforms do you build for?
iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and the web. Sellam is native to iPhone and iPad, and the carrom board on this page runs in any modern browser.
How much does a game or app cost?
Every project is quoted after a first conversation, because a word game and a 3D board game are very different builds. The demo is paid and agreed up front, and you approve the price of each phase before work on it starts.
How long does it take?
You see a working demo early and new builds every week. The full timeline depends on the game, and it is written into the quote before you commit.
Who owns what we make together?
You do. You keep the code, the art and the documentation.
Are your kids’ apps safe for children?
Apps for children carry no ads, no tracking and no purchases a child can reach, and we build them to meet the rules of Apple’s Kids category and Google Play’s Families policy.
Can you get it onto the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We prepare the store listing, screenshots and privacy details, run the beta on TestFlight, and see the app through review.
Where are you based?
Andover, Kansas. Point It Here has built for clients around the world since 2017.
Have a game worth making?
Tell us about the game your family plays, the lesson you teach, or the niche you know better than anyone. We’ll tell you what it takes to build it.
